My goal is to make you feel confident and beautiful, looking forward to meet you! 🫶🏼 Policies PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING * Deposits: A deposit is required before you book your appointment. Without a deposit there will be no appointment. The amount paid for the deposit will be deducted from the total price of the service you were provided with. * Late Arrivals: I understand things come up and in some circumstances they get out of our hands. This is why a 10 minute grace period is granted. However, your late arrival may disrupt the schedule for other clients so please try to respect that. You must inform me if any circumstances come up that may interfere with your appointment and you’re not able to make it on time. I will be happy to assist you and reschedule if needed. A $10 DOLLAR LATE FEE will be applied to those who exceed the 10 minute mark. After 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled and fees will apply. * Cancellations: In the event that you may need to cancel your appointment you must do it 24 hours beforehand. This is because cancelling last minute will lower the chances for another client that was waitlisted to get an appointment. If cancelled with a shorter notice, you may lose your deposit and a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. You will also risk being added to a blacklist and being able to book with me in the future. * Nail health: For the safety of my clients and me, I will not work on unhealthy nails. If your nails are critically broken, damaged, or contaminated by a fungal infection you should let them heal or get treated before applying harsh chemicals on top of them. If you are unsure about the condition of your nails you are more than welcome to contact me and I will happily assist you. * Squeeze-ins: This applies to any appointment request that is outside of my working hours. A $25 dollar squeeze in fee will be charged. * Full sets: This service requires your nails to be fully natural and free of any product. When booking for a full set you want to make sure your nails are free of any product or residue from the past. (E.g., gel polish, acrylic, gel x, rubber base, etc.) * Fill ins: To ensure that you get fabulous results every time, the maximum amount of time you will have to get a fill in is 3 weeks. It is important to understand that nails get worn out, lift, and lose their shape over time according to your lifestyle. Fills after 3 weeks will be considered a full set. After 3 consecutive fills you will be required to book a full set and soak off if needed. The policies above are to ensure you with a pleasant and stress free self care experience.
